State Police issued 26 violations and 47 warnings to licensed establishments after carrying out unannounced compliance checks at 419 bars and restaurants between Feb. 5 and Feb. 7, according to the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.
The compliance checks are focused on areas with higher transmission rates of COVID-19 but can occur anywhere, according to police, who did not reveal specific business names pending the ongoing investigation.

- Allentown: 7 warnings and 3 violations out of 55 compliance checks
- Altoona: 3 warnings and 1 violation out of 99 compliance checks
- Erie: 1 warning and 6 violations out of 17 compliance checks
- Harrisburg: 8 warnings and 0 violations out of 43 compliance checks
- Philadelphia: 3 warnings and 1 violation out of 49 compliance checks
- Pittsburgh: 8 warnings and 3 violations out of 64 compliance checks
- Punxsutawney: 3 warnings and 4 violations out of 18 compliance checks
- Wilkes-Barre: 9 warnings and 7 violations out of 55 compliance checks
- Williamsport: 2 warnings and 3 violations out of 19 compliance checks
